Teams
Team building, team development and team consulting are three central concepts for promoting and optimizing performance, satisfaction and cooperation in teams. Each of these concepts plays an important role in strengthening teams and promoting collaboration.
Presence
Presence is often only mentioned in connection with appearances on stage or in front of the camera. However, presence plays a big role in everyday situations and is the result of personality development. One could also speak of charisma.
Communication
In my workshops, I summarize my approach to strengthening communication skills in the phrase: “What happens when we talk? In fact, I try to create an awareness of the processes that take place beneath the surface of verbal exchange. Theoretical input and practical application form the basis of all training sessions.
Status & roles
The theory of status that we encounter in everyday life comes from the theater. First addressed by Keith Johnstone, it has been revised several times and serves to develop a self-image for one's own appearance. As a basis for role clarification, the playful approach from the play helps to establish clear hierarchies.
